Ceiling fans spin with a low pur spilling a much appreciated cool and a soporific rustle amongst the palms that line each wall. From an ovaloid high backed cane chair the size of a royal throne, immaculate white table cloths and silver cutlery on small round tables match the Indian waiters' pristine uniform and silver buttons. They drift back and forth as if on silent roller skates, attending, with precision and detail.
